While our land and environmental ERP solutions are designed to be highly intuitive, some system training is always recommended. By taking advantage of the Internet, ENKON employs webinars and webcasts to provide cost-effective training programs, though classroom training is typically part of a successful deployment. ENKON provides a number of training options for our customers that often include a combination of approaches.​

Online Interactive Training

Video clips include screen images of each system component. These images illustrate the system’s menus and toolbars and depict actual views of the application in operation. Users of the application are able to select each topic and respond to interactive teaching components, such as how to navigate through the system workflow.


ENKON recommends webinars as a lower-cost option to instructor-led training. A web-based training session allows a remote trainer to share an application display window with individuals who can be located anywhere with an Internet connection. You can train staff at multiple locations with one training session.

Instructor-led Classroom Training

ENKON organizes and teaches classroom oriented courses on how to use the Integral platform. ‘Train-the-trainer’ sessions, where in-house staff are trained to provide future user-focused training, are often conducted at an early stage of the project. Typically, a four-hour training session adequately addresses all system functions, and provides time for questions and hands-on experience. Additionally, classroom training is recommended for key users who will be administering the system (i.e. performing tasks like adding new users and managing security settings).
